D. Chad McCoy
Chad has practiced around the United States with some of the best firms in the country. Initally, he practiced in Lexington, Kentucky with the firm of Stites & Harbison before moving to the Rocky Mountains. He practiced in Salt Lake City and was a shareholder with Parr Waddoups Brown Gee & Loveless before returning to his home state and joining McCoy & Sparks, PLLC. Chad's career and experience have run the gambit from corporate transactional work and commercial litigation to personal injury and criminal defense. He has represented both multinational corporations and indigent individuals. Currently, Chad is concentrating on Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defense.
